Opportunity Description
The Retail Account Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for driving sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and overall client satisfaction across one of our telco retail channel accounts. This role serves as a key bridge between Asurion and our telco partner’s retail teams, ensuring strong execution, alignment, and continued growth of our device protection products in the market.
You will work closely with retail sales staff, channel partners, and key stakeholders within the telco organization to deliver sales results, build strong relationships, and bring Asurion’s value proposition to life on the ground.
This is a highly hands-on role that requires frequent store visits, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset.
