Retail Account Manager
The Retail Account Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and overall client satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between Asurion and the Mobile Network Operator’s retail and sales channels, ensuring strong alignment and execution. The incumbent also contributes to the client’s growth strategy by providing market insights, competitor analysis, and input into product development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver sales plan, implement an account growth strategy to maximize sales and retention across all the client's sales channels.
- Provide sales support and partnering with the sales channels to deliver sales aids, training‑cum‑coaching, best practices, and sales incentives to sales staff.
