Opportunity Description
The Retail Administrative Executive supports store and office operations through HR administration, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation. The role also manages procurement, vendor coordination, inventory, POS records, and invoice processing to ensure smooth daily operations.
In addition, the role provides reporting on sales and stock data and supports ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate employee records for retail and office staff, tracking attendance, leaves, and claims to support payroll and compliance.
- Coordinate attendance inputs and overtime data to facilitate accurate labour cost management.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR documentation, forms, and records to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth HR operations.
