Opportunity Description
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Site Manager to support daily operations at a busy fuel and retail site in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily site operations including the forecourt, retail shop, and QSR counter
- Manage stock control, ordering, receiving, and shrinkage (target below 2%)
- Conduct fuel dips, reconcile wetstock, and investigate variances
- Handle cash-ups, safe balances, till controls, and daily financial reporting
- Maintain brand and mystery shopper standards
- Train, lead, and support frontline staff
- Act as Site Manager when required
What You'll Need:
- Retail, FMCG, or petrol/forecourt management experience
- WinBranch system experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong numerical and financial skills
