Opportunity Description
Acorns Children's Hospice are now looking for an Assistant Superstore Manager to work alongside our Chelmsley Wood Superstore General Manager, leading a team of volunteers & Deputy Managers, achieving set targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekend working.
About the Role
Acorns Children's Hospice are a children's charity, offering specialist palliative nursing care and support for local children and their families. Every year, we support over 750 children and nearly 1,000 families, including those who are bereaved. We have a network of charity shops across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire, which help to provide the funding that we need to provide this care.
As Deputy Superstore General Manager, you will:
- Support the Superstore Manager in creating a vibrant, engaging shop-floor experience that differentiates Acorns from competitors and reflects our brand values
