Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop and to ensure that the products are well-presented and in accordance with brand and visual-merchandising identity. Mantaining strong floor presence to ensure each customer experience is positive. Actively work with garments - replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying, and merchandising. Follow up on sales routines, policies and guidelines and ensure sales target are exceeded. Recognize sales opportunities and maximize the revenue. Work closely with Store Operations team on stocks related activities. Organise CRM activities within the boutiques as per guidelines. Adhoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail. Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player.
