Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently to record, accept, and verify payments (Cash, NETS, Credit Cards, and Digital Wallets). Proactively share product knowledge with customers (e.g., origin of food items, cooking tips, or best-sellers). Recommend complementary products or current 'Purchase-with-Purchase' (PWP). Introduce new product arrivals or seasonal specials to customers during the checkout process. Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries about product availability, and manage basic feedback or returns professionally. Stay updated on current store promotions, member loyalty programs, and seasonal discounts to advise customers accurately. Assist in replenishing stocks on shelves and ensuring products are displayed according to quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cashier counter and surrounding retail floor.
