RETAIL BANKING & TENDER RECONCILIATION CONTROLLER

Salary: R20 000 Negotiable

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Banking & Tender Reconciliation Controller to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily retail store cash-ups and banking transactions.
• Verify multiple tender types including cash, cards, EFTs, vouchers and alternative payment methods.
• Investigate and resolve cash-up variances and banking discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and financial records.
• Support month‑end processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and finance procedures.
• Liaise with store teams to resolve exceptions and provide support on financial processes.

Minimum Requirements
