We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Banking & Tender Reconciliation Controller to join our Finance team. Key Responsibilities Reconcile daily retail store cash-ups and banking transactions. Verify multiple tender types including cash, cards, EFTs, vouchers and alternative payment methods. Investigate and resolve cash-up variances and banking discrepancies. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports. Maintain accurate audit trails and financial records. Support month‑end processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and finance procedures. Liaise with store teams to resolve exceptions and provide support on financial processes. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification advantageous. 2–5 years' experience in retail finance, cashbook or reconciliation roles.
