Opportunity Description
Location: City Square, Johor Bahru
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible to Permanent Staff)
Working Hours
- 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM
- Maximum 45 working hours per week
- Monday – Sunday (Rotational Shifts )
- 6 Working Days per Week

- Basic Salary: RM 2,150 – RM 2,500 (Based on Experience)

- Provide consultation on mobile plans, devices & broadband
- Drive sales through upselling & cross-selling to achieve KPIs
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints & service escalations professionally
