Retail Design Intern

We are thrilled to announce the opening for a 6‑month Retail Design Intern in our Singapore office. The role requires a full‑time schedule of five days a week.

• Design Management Support
• Manage the retail design material library and samples with the team & contractors
• Support & maintain POSM and Props inventory management
• Generate & manage report documentations for store opening and renovations
• Maintain tracker of POSM and Props inventory. Work with Retail marketing team on POSM orders
• Manage & maintain the retail design SharePoint – archive all retail design projects (VM & PM)
• Raise retail design related PO for the team and update the PO tracker
• Manage and raise new vendor creation profiles
• Attend bi‑weekly meetings with Central team & create recap for follow‑up
