Retail Expansion Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate strategic retail locations aligned with Hiessence’s wellness and lifestyle positioning (malls, kiosks, pop-ups, and concept stores)
• Lead site negotiations, lease agreements, and partner coordination for new store openings
• Oversee end-to-end store launch execution, including store fit-out, merchandising, staffing coordination, and product readiness
• Ensure all retail spaces reflect Hiessence’s brand identity, ambiance, and sensory experience
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity within the home fragrance and wellness industry
• Collaborate with marketing on store launch campaigns, activations, and in-store promotions
• Monitor performance of all retail locations and implement strategies to improve sales, conversion, and customer experience
