Retail HR & People Operations Lead (UAE)

Client of NADIA Global is hiring for an HR Executive to support the Retail Operations Manager in managing HR functions across retail stores in Dubai. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and staff engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in the retail or jewelry industry, and must have knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role.
