Retail IN2WORK Manager

**Job Description**

The **Retail IN2WORK Manager for Oklahoma Department of Corrections** will assist in leading the implementation and ongoing support of IN2WORK and additional Retail and Workforce Development Programs across the corrections line of business.

**About IN2WORK:**

IN2WORK (I2W) is a vocational training program opportunity for people who are currently incarcerated. The IN2WORK program aims to help reduce recidivism by providing students with the opportunity to learn transferable, foundational food service, warehouse, and retail job skills through a comprehensive curriculum requiring classroom and hands-on training. Students receive a nationally recognized certification upon completion of the program, a key differentiator when looking for employment after release.
