Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Retail Lending Closer for a top banking client within the mortgage and consumer lending space. This individual will play a critical role in preparing and reviewing loan and mortgage closing packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of documentation issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable collaborating with lending and underwriting teams to support smooth and compliant loan closings in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day:
- Review loan approvals and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure TRID rules and due diligence requirements are met prior to closing
- Prepare and send closing instructions and disclosures
- Review HUD-1 Settlement Statements for regulatory and investor adherence
- Partner with lending staff to resolve documentation deficiencies
- Verify underwriting and funding conditions are satisfied
