New customer acquisition is the life blood of any business and ensuring the right customer mix are key to the continued success of the business. The unit will need to drive acquisition and balance growth to deliver overall business goals. Incumbent’s focus should be equally devoted to the creation of programs and campaigns targeting acquisition of new customers and to build the book from the existing customers.

• Scout es and identify potential opportunities.
• Create streamlined process for campaign management.
• Ensure all sales channels / segments are fully updated on all campaigns.
• Develop sales kit and collaterals as well as brochures detailing product / campaign benefits.
• Regular contact with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met.
