Retail Marketing Specialist

The Retail Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Commercial and Customer Development Teams by driving sales through effective distribution, promotions, reporting, analytics, and insights. This role serves as a liaison between marketing, finance, customer development, and senior management.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Development leaders to develop and track objectives and priorities to achieve business results.
• Manage the monthly accrual process for Gross to Net (GTN) spend.
• Participate in the monthly CBP (Atlas) Discipline and analyze the retail environment versus plans, reviewing volume, sales, distribution and adjusting strategies based on findings.
