Retail Merchandiser

About the role

This role will involve working across a variety of categories including general merchandising (books, gift cards, cosmetics). It is field‑based and based at Tesco Gillingham, but you will have work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

Working Hours

Confirmed working days/hours: 9 hours a week.

• Wednesday: AM or PM.
• Thursday: 08:00‑12:00 PM.
• Friday: AM or PM.
• Plus ad‑hoc work as agreed.

How you'll deliver excellence

• Compliance and Standards – you’ll know and stick to the merchandising standards, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance, and follow planograms where provided to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Product Placement and Replenishment – you’ll arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
