Retail Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Align sales and production to ensure at least 70% of eggs are sold through retail stores and mobile outlets.

• Coordinate with Production Planning to match output with store demand and seasonal trends.

• Develop and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and bundling strategies to drive retail volume.

• Drive overall sales performance across outlets to meet monthly and annual targets.

• Grow same‑store sales while managing outlet profitability.

• Launch and expand mobile retail units as a growth channel.

• Standardize SOPs across stores to ensure operational efficiency.

• Oversee inventory control, shrinkage management, and proper handling of fresh produce.

• Implement best practices for merchandising and customer‑facing displays.
