Retail Operations and PCRM Intern, SEA

Position Description:
Reporting to the Retail Manager Southeast Asia, the
Retail Operations and PCRM Intern
supports both client development (VIC engagement, CRM performance) and boutique operations excellence across Singapore and Thailand boutiques.
This role provides hands-on exposure to a luxury retail environment and high-jewelry clienteling standards, combining data-driven CRM analysis with day-to-day retail operations coordination. It also offers hands-on training on retail systems (ESKER, M3, CEGID, etc).
Your main missions would be the following:
Client and Prospect Relationship Management Clienteling Performance Tracking:
Monitor VIC engagement strategies, follow-up actions, and assess ROI of client treatments and activations.
Database Optimization & Client Insights
: Analyze client database to identify untapped potential, reactivation opportunities and upgrading prospects, in line with best practices.
