Retail Operations Specialist

We are super excited to announce that we are now looking for a Retail Operations Specialist  to join our Retail Operations Team in our London Head Office.

As a member of the Local Retail Operations team, the Commercial Operations Specialist plays an important role in supporting the growth of Rituals Cosmetics in the UK and Ireland by being the local lead of commercial plans for Regular and Outlet stores whilst overseeing the areas of Supply, Logistics, and Inventory Management.

The Specialist will collaborate with the Retail lead on commercial plans and aid in ensuring effective, first-time right communication from the local and central head offices teams to the frontline on commercial topics and work collaboratively with Stock Planners and Logistics Coordinators to ensure the correct inventory is fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner for the estate.
