Retail operations & training manager

A leading international luxury beauty brand is seeking a polished, commercially driven Retail Operations & Training Manager to lead retail performance, staff development, operational excellence and brand execution across Gauteng.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, coaching retail teams and ensuring premium brand standards across multiple retail environments. This role requires a strong combination of luxury retail operations, people development, event execution and relationship management expertise. Travel within Gauteng is required.

Minimum Requirements: Matric and a valid driver’s license Minimum 5 years’ experience within luxury beauty, cosmetics, skincare or fragrance retail Luxury retail experience essential.
