Key requirements are

1. Graduation and MBA preferred

2. Experience of 4-6 years


Job Description

1. Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets.

2. Drive revenue market share by increasing retail width and product, availability.

3. Manage productivity of channel partners & distributor.

4. Train and ensure required field sales executive with distributors.

5. Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks.

6. Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge selling outlets, SIM, selling outlets.

7. Drive basic distribution parameters - ROI of distributors & retailers.

8. Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices &,initiatives and report to Jio Center and State S&D team.

9. Propose requirements to push for better visibility in the territory.
