Retail Planning Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Retail Planning Analyst to support a large retail client's Workforce Planning team by executing technical, behind‑the‑scene operational work that enables accurate labor and headcount planning for all North American stores. This role is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and Excel‑heavy, with a strong focus on preparing, managing, and distributing planning workbooks and labor reports during peak season.
