Retail Relief Security Officer

Job Description

Mitie has a great opportunity at The Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham. We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to join the team on site. You will take a lead role on site on a daily basis. Your shift pattern will be discussed at interview with an hourly rate of £13.82, working a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. You will report into the site’s Security Operations Manager.

A typical shift will be 12 hours covering nights including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Duties

• Access and Egress Control
• Completing all necessary paperwork & reports
• Conducting external patrols
• Conducting internal & external patrols
• Conducting internal patrols
• Following site specific procedures
• Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
• Maintaining the highest standards of security
