RETAIL SALES ADVISOR

Duties:

  • Demonstrate and promote range of OSIM products to customers
  • Build and promote strong & long-lasting customer relationships by taking care of customers' well-being needs
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

    • Job Requirements:

  • Self-driven and energized individuals who are keen to build their retail career
  • Target-driven personality
  • Able to commit to retail working days and hours (include weekends and public holidays)

    • Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: S$2,200
  • Well-Being Allowance: S$200
  • Guaranteed Commission: S$600 per month during a 4-month probation period 
  • 10 days Annual Leave (incremental by 1 day per service year, capped at 16 days)
