Retail Sales and Purchase Executive

We are seeking for a friendly, Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fine watches to represent our prestigious timepiece brands. Enjoys working with customers, has strong communication and interpersonal skills and is passionate about serving walk-in customers and on social media.

• Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients in a luxury retail environment.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of luxury watch brands, movements, materials and craftmanship
• Guide clients through the purchase process, including product comparisons and after-sales services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and discretion
• Assist with inventory control, watch handling and security
• Uphold brand image, values and confidentiality at all times
