Our client is a retail operations organisation covering perfumes, cosmetics, sunglasses and jewelry across 100s of brands in the UAE.

• Take full ownership of operational performance during designated periods
• Maintain a high-level overview while remaining engaged with day to day activities and team support
• Foster a strong customer first culture by motivating, coaching and supporting team members across all levels
• Drive performance against targets by monitoring key metrics on a personal and team level
• Identify opportunities for growth and implement effective improvement strategies
• Demonstrate strong leadership behaviours
• Promote team engagement and ensure operational and service standards are consistently maintained
