About the Role
Responsible for driving retail sales of house wires through dealer and distributor networks in assigned territory of Delhi / NCR.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, electricians, and distributors to generate sales.
Promote house wire products and ensure product availability in the market.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business plan.
Identify new retail outlets and expand distribution reach in the assigned area.
Handle product queries, pricing negotiations, and order follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve sales performance.
Qualifications: MBA with
8–12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electrical, wires or cables.
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with good market knowledge of electrical retail network.
