Responsibilities
- Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
- Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elfie, Accessories and other accessories
- Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computers.
- Location: Anywhere in UAE
- Age: less than 29
- Flexible for any location (UAE)
- Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Fresher or Experienced working with customer support
