All About the Role
Store Managers (SMs) with Retail Concepts of Minnesota are viewed as the in-store ambassadors for the company. SMs with Retail Concepts are expected to lead teams to reach measurable success and consistent growth in sales, talent management, and general store operations. The SM will prepare the Guest Experience Managers and Coaches for monthly, weekly, and daily goals.
