We are searching for a Retail Supervisor to manage a retail store for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations during a 6‑month deployment in Latvia. The supervisor will oversee daily retail operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, health, safety, and financial performance while also supporting morale and welfare initiatives for deployed troops.

The Role

A retail supervisor will:

• Lead and manage the retail team and store operations.
• Enforce health, hygiene, safety, and security standards.
• Prepare and conduct regular cash audits and reconcile deposits.
• Authorize refunds, voids, and returns, manage keys, safe combinations, and access codes.
• Control merchandise distribution and maintain adequate stock levels.
