Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and meets brand standards (for supervisory role).
- Work closely with associates to enhance selling techniques and improve conversion rates to achieve sales targets and KPIs (for supervisory role).
