Retail Support Associate at RIMOWA

Elevate store operations as a Retail Support Associate with RIMOWA. You will assist the team in improving productivity and performance while ensuring neat stock areas and inventory accuracy.
In this role, you will report to the Store Manager and help with various operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring shipments, assisting with inventory counts, and performing basic luggage repairs. You’ll also support the sales floor by managing product placement and stock recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor shipment flow and address discrepancies
• Assist with yearend inventory preparations
• Perform basic luggage repairs with hand tools
• Maintain cleanliness in stock areas as per standards

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
