One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Luxury Retail Trainer to drive learning and development across our 6 boutique locations. This role is pivotal in equipping our teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand's ethos.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging training programs in-person, live online, and self-paced, focused on product knowledge, sales excellence, and customer service.
- Lead boutique audits and mystery shopper programs to ensure adherence to brand standards and provide actionable feedback.
- Track and report training outcomes, identify skill gaps, and implement tailored development plans.
- Act as a coach and mentor fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence across all locations.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to keep pace with trends in luxury retail.
