Retail Visual Merchandiser- Sydney

Seed are currently seeking a talented and committed Window Display Assistant to join our Visual Merchandising team in Sydney's Eastern region. Reporting to the State Window Display Manager and the NSW State Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is consistently applied across our Sydney Stores. 

THE ROLE:

• Installing the In-store & Window VM Concepts
• Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
• Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times – includes installation of window schemes/ stock changes/ housekeeping and maintenance of windows
