Retention and Customer Service Agent

Our Englewood, CO Contact Center has a fantastic opportunity to become a true partner in helping us grow our company. We are looking for driven and high-energy Customer Service Representatives who are responsible for offering exceptional customer support to our valued customers who may have questions or concerns about an order they placed with us and/or provide assistance to customers who are looking for product information through phone, email or chat.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Answer interactions (phone calls, emails and live chats) and responds to customer requests
+ Assist customers with order entry and order status calls
+ Recognize and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls
+ Recommend new ideas for process improvements
+ Build rapport with customers by using a courteous, friendly and professional manner
+ Various special projects, as assigned
+ Completes other duties as assigned
