Opportunity Description
Retention & CRM Executive 1-4 years experience Mumbai THE ROLE Execute daily CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys across email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp to drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention. You will own campaign execution end-to-end and track weekly and monthly retention cohort performance (M1, M2) to surface what's working and what's not. WHAT YOU'LL DO Campaign Execution • Set up and launch daily CRM campaigns across channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp) on WebEngage and KwikEngage. • Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys — welcome, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, and more. • QA all campaigns before launch: segment accuracy, copy, links, and rendering across devices. • Coordinate with the creative team to get campaign assets on time.
