Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, re-engagement, win-back) using CleverTap across push notifications, in-app messages, email, and SMS.
• Segment user cohorts based on behaviour, activity stage, and product usage to deliver targeted, personalised communication.
• Set up automated journeys and drip workflows in CleverTap / MoEngage to trigger contextual nudges at the right moment.
• Monitor campaign KPIs — open rates, click rates, conversion rates, DAU/MAU, churn rate — and prepare regular performance reports.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, send time, and channel mix to continuously improve engagement and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with the product and data teams to identify drop-off points in the user funnel and design campaigns that address them.
