The **Retirement Plan Support Specialist** plays a crucial role in supporting the Retirement Plan Advisors team. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive sales and service support, from prospecting and building compelling new business presentations to ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can understand plan investments, fees, and design.

**How you’ll spend your time:**

+ Prepare detailed analyses and proposals for prospective clients by gathering and interpreting plan sponsor investment and current fee data to create pricing, profitability, and benchmarking comparisons.
