This includes supervising daily workflows, manpower deployment, and helping identify daily issues.
Key responsibilities include:
•Overseeing the daily workflow and manpower deployment to ensure targets are met.
• Working to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Supervising and motivating a team.
• Training staff to ensure competency.
