The Revenue Cycle Manager will:
Analyze denial inventory and denial reason codes to identify payer trends Communicate with the appropriate agencies to ensure collections are timely and accurate Develop new billing, filing and reporting systems and supervise implementation Prepare reports for the Executive Management Team, auditors, and other interested parties regarding cash flow, site utilization, annual cost report, and other reports as requested Report to the Director of Revenue on matters related to billing, revenue accounting, the reconciliation of accounts receivable with the general accounting ledger (G/L) Act as a liaison with the Director of Revenue regarding revenue accounting matters and the coordination of audits Maintain cash and collection systems Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications:
