Revenue Cycle Trainer

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Epic Trainer will design, develop, and maintain system training materials and methods for end users in
order to drive value across Revenue Cycle. Administer training sessions, including attendance proficiency
assessment and class evaluation at the end of each session for Epic.

+ Collaborate with Epic teams to ensure that training materials are developed and maintained tosupport project time lines
+ Achieve an in-depth understanding of the application policies and workflows
+ Achieve an in-depth understanding of operational workflow
+ Understand and translate the functionality of the application configuration and workflow intotraining sessions
+ Develop and implement credentialed training programs and materials to support end users
+ Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in support of training initiatives
