Revenue Executive

Excellent opportunity for an experienced law firm Revenue Executive seeking parttime work for the Dubai office of an international law firm.

• Ensuring that bills are raised correctly on a timely basis and are paid promptly.
• Drafting and checking prebills.
• Processing collation of bills, chasing bills time/disbursement writeoffs, time/disbursement transfers and edits/cancellations and reissues.
• Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills.
• Liaison with partners and executives regarding queried debts unpaid bills.
• WIP/Debtor meetings with partners and fee earners.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and a working use of Expert or equivalent systems would be preferable, although training will be provided.
• Strong IT skills, good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
