Opportunity Description

Overview

Drive Snacks Category Pricing, Pack Price and Mix Management agenda to enable business NR growth by delivering sustainable net revenue realization, balanced volume growth, share gain, and protect profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Foods RGM Director to develop multi-years Snacks pricing roadmap for SDD, with solid fact-based analysis and clear financial implicaitons.

  • Develop specific Snacks pricing and pack price execution plan for AOP with full alignment from cross-functional teams.

  • Take lead on Snacks pricing and pack price initiatives from end to end (opportunity identification -> business case assessment -> driving decision making from leadership team -> design on execution plan -> initiative implementation -> post tracking) with closely collaborating with cross functional teams ( category team, commercial team, finance team, etc.).
