Review Appraiser

Summary This position serves as a Review Appraiser within the National Construction Valuation and Specially Adapted Housing Value Stream. The purpose of this position is to serve as a Review Appraiser in the Regional Loan Center (RLC) for the lending industry, appraisers, and to perform quality-control field reviews and post audit review of appraisals prepared in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Home Loan Program. Responsibilities Serve as a technical expert who has knowledge of Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD), and skill in the application of principals, practices, and techniques of appraisals.
