Opportunity Description
Context
- Understands the project requirements and prepare Architectural, Structural & MEPF detailed design drawings using Revit.
- Producing and maintaining Revit models for various project phases
- Reviews own drawings and ensures that the drawing package is as per project requirement (BIM Management Plan) before submitting to Checker/ Lead Discipline for further review.
- Refine and ensure the precision and coherence of the drawings.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model integrity
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
Missions/Main Duties
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D models in Revit for Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines
- Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from Revit Models
- Coordinate with Team Lead to ensure design accuracy and consistency
