Opportunity Description
You will be working in a small and friendly Reward & Benefits team to support the UK business with pay‑related activities.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for approximately 9 months, potentially considered as an hourly contract.
Salary: Circa £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 1–2 days per week on‑site, subject to business needs.
Security Clearance: Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
