A leading global pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager for a 9 month fixed-term contract, offering the flexibility of fully remote working with occasional business travel. This pivotal role will see you at the forefront of strategic people initiatives, focusing on equity programme design, sales incentive harmonisation, job architecture, and organisational design. You will play a crucial part in preparing the company for new European and UK Pay Transparency regulations, ensuring compliance while supporting business transformation and growth. The position offers an attractive salary of £75,000 to £80,000 per annum, pro-rated for the 12-month term, with potential flexibility based on project delivery and organisational priorities.
