The Rewards Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of compensation and benefits programs globally. The role contributes to ensuring that reward practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategy. We are looking for a team-oriented profile, with a structured and process-oriented working style, interested in compensation, benefits and broader HR topics.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of compensation and benefits processes
• Prepare and analyze compensation data, reports, and design dashboards
• Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external salary and benefits data
